Around 20 volunteers regularly walk the town watching for people who don't pick up their dog's poop. While one volunteer picks up the feces, another volunteer strikes up a conversation with the owner in order to learn the pup's name. They then look up the address of the owner in the town's pet registry and mail the owner the feces in a box marked "Lost Property". The new system for keeping the town clean seems to be working, but everyone agrees that they feel bad for the mailman.
