If you and your Chihuahua don't have any plans for Cinco de Mayo, you may want to be looking into flights pretty soon.  A Kansas City man in charge of promoting a fundraiser for a no-kill shelter, is hoping to break the record for most dogs in costume in one place.  The event will be held on Cinco de Mayo and will consist of mostly chihuahuas.  For only $5, which goes to the shelter, you and your pup can be part of the record breaking parade.  Click here for more information.
